Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within 2 business days from the next working day.
We will notify you if there are any delays affecting your order.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use a range of trusted carriers including NZ Couriers, NZ Post, and freight providers depending on the size and nature of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Auckland: 1–2 business days
- North Island: 2–3 business days
- South Island: 3–5 business days
Please note these are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments where they contain a mix of standard and large or heavy items. In these cases, shipping charges shown at checkout may apply only to part of your order.
For large, bulky, or heavy items (such as scaffolding equipment), shipping may:
- Be calculated after checkout, or
- Require a custom freight quote
Where freight is required:
- Shipping rates shown at checkout may not reflect the final freight cost
- We will contact you to confirm any additional shipping charges before dispatch
- Orders will not be shipped until freight has been confirmed and, where applicable, paid
Rural Delivery
Rural deliveries may incur additional charges and extended delivery timeframes.
Pre-Orders & Out of Stock Items
Products marked as Pre-Order will be dispatched once stock becomes available.
Estimated lead times will be provided on the product page where possible.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may:
- ship items separately, or
- hold the order until all items are available
We will communicate this with you where relevant.

Click & collect is available from our Auckland Warehouse at:
21-39 Jellicoe Rd, Panmure Auckland, 1072
You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
